Van Buren Street sits within the Transit Oriented Development Overlay area, has a ROW of 110’ and is designated as a major arterial road that provides connections to both Bullard Avenue and Estrella Parkway. Both roads have full diamond interchange access to the Interstate 10, less than one mile to the north.
